Return Policy

At Highly Respected, every piece is made with intention, quality, and standard. We want you to be confident in what you order, so please review our return policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Requirement Details
Unworn No signs of wear, stains, odor, or damage
Unwashed Items must not be washed or altered
Original condition Tags, packaging, and labels must still be attached
Approved first Returns must be requested before being sent back

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Limited releases
  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items with removed tags

Because Highly Respected releases limited quantities, some drops may be marked final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the requested size or item is still in stock. Since many pieces are limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

If your size is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Highly Respected is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will review the issue and make it right if the claim is approved.

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Highly Respected Standard

We stand behind our products, but we also protect the integrity of every release. Items must return in the same condition they were received. No exceptions for worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged items.
