Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During product drops, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will do our best to keep customers updated.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Highly Respected is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Highly Respected is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building/mailroom first.

We will help where possible, but final delivery responsibility belongs to the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
